Le Pain Saj Expresse — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Hello all, I got a meal from a spot through the TooGoodToGo app, and what they served was cold, flavorless, and harmful. A few hours later, I started feeling unwell, with stomach discomfort so severe I had to pull over and began throwing up. This experience is utterly reprehensible. It seems they'll do anything for ill-gotten gains. It's now 3:18 AM, I'm in pain, unable to sleep, my throat hurts, and I've vomited twice. I can't forgive these individuals. I'm unsure if Google Maps allows the posting of such sensitive material, but I intend to share this to alert others against purchasing from this establishment until it undergoes a safety inspection. I've kept the receipt, and for those wondering, I hadn't eaten anything else before this meal from that ** store. If anyone can show me how to sue them, I will 100% do that. My angry...

Customer service is a must for any business. This is one thing they lack. If it wasn't for the good food, this would have easily been a 1 star.

Examples of bad customer service, •not helpful to those who have questions or seem unsure with some of the stuff on the menu. •they constantly stop working and get into personal conversations, while you're standing there waiting. •constantly giving dirty looks at customers •when you order different types of stuff, they just jam everything into one box... makes it difficult to separate when trying to serve to others.

I am sure I am not the only one who experienced this behavior from them. They need to fix this ASAP... or people will start to go elsewhere. They aren't the only place that specializes in this.

Went in first time with my mom, we chat a bit with an employee and tell him it's our first time. He welcomes us with open arms and we talk about Saj from Lebanon. We decided to order a manakish and some Saj, I haven't had a lot of Saj from the province of Quebec but it was really good. I can however say that tasting Manakish from everywhere around montreal this place is by far the best. The bread is perfect in terms of thickness and the cheese is almost exactly as I remember it from lebanon both in terms of texture, springiness and taste. Now that I moved near this place I will definitely make it a weekly routine...
