From the warm welcome to the genuine kindness, patience, and smiles from Julie, Laurie-Anne, and the entire team at Toilettage à l'eau ChouChou, every moment was exceptional. Despite being very busy, they took the time to make us feel seen and cared for.

When I arrived after the grooming, my sweet Cavapoo, Bentley, wasn’t in a cage, she was happy, exploring, and clearly having fun. That was the best feeling in the world. My heart is full knowing her comfort and happiness were a true priority. She was treated with such love, as if she were their own.

Not to mention how absolutely adorable she looked and how delicious she smelled. I later learned that was Laurie-Anne’s signature strawberry scent! 🍓

First time, and honestly the best service ever! She let me stay with my baby and made sure that I was completely happy with everything she was doing to him. The cut around his eyes, his paws, underneath are perfect! Her room is super clean. She was gentle, sweet, very welcoming and inviting and she made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!! Julie is professional and constantly looking to improve her current skill set. More importantly, her love and care for animals is always evident in her work and in the manner she handles all her animal clients.

The animal parents are always quite satisfied, and the animals always look fantastic.

I can’t imagine recommending any other groomer for anyone dog or cat parent that I know. I would tell any of them to see Julie without hesitation even if it meant a few more kilometres to travel
