I bought a small clay handi with a lid for $35, and it was a complete disappointment. As soon as I poured food into it, the color from the handi started leaching into the food, which is extremely concerning for something meant to be food-safe. The handi itself also began to change color, and the surface started coming off, as if it wasn’t properly finished or treated. The quality was clearly poor and not safe for use.

I tried to return it twice. The first time, nothing was resolved. I went again today, hoping they would take responsibility, but once again, no refund, no exchange, and more wasted time and money. Out of frustration, I left the handi there. I had no reason to take home a defective item I couldn’t use.

I’m now out $35 and hours of my time. The customer service was terrible, and the owner was dismissive (acting like my concerns didn’t matter). The product quality was even worse. I won’t be shopping here again and strongly recommend others be cautious, especially when...

I went to this store today and there is a person who claimed to be the most knowledgeable person on this earth. I just asked him that I want to buy a stainless steel cookware and he told me that it’s very costly and I should buy aluminum one as there is no difference between them. He didn’t even listen and started giving me a lecture that people are fool who use costly ( stainless steel) cookware at their home. He also indirectly telling me that I’m uneducated that I have no knowledge about iron deficiency. Mr. Whosoever your name is! Only a person who is dangerously low on its numbers can feel the pain.
