Pizza 99 — Restaurant in Edmonton

I really really don't want to be disappointed. I bought pizza from here quite often. Until now, based solely on principal. If your website states that the simple cheese pizza comes with mozzarella and cheddar, and I try to verify that is the case and you tell me you will charge me to put cheddar on the pizza I cannot and will not order from here. I truly do enjoy the pizza but I refuse to be promised one thing only to get less. Some may call it false advertising, I just call it disappointing. It's not even that big of a deal, but enough that I can always order from somewhere else, and enough that I must write a review.I will order something more expensive if they can not be straight forward and honest. If they change their website to accurately detail what they are selling I will have no problem taking this...

Was quite disappointed, while the service seemed nice both on the phone and from the delivery person, the food was very poor quality. I ordered the 9" pizza and when I opened up the box It looked exactly like the McCains Rising Crust pizzas, and tasted quite similar as well. I ordered BBQ wings, and they didn't even have any sauce on them. What an absolute joke. It tastes like frozen grocery store pizza with a couple of toppings thrown on it. Definitely not worth $40. I've been ordering here for a while now but didn't for a bit so thought I'd try them again. Wow what a mistake that was. Honestly it looks and tastes like frozen pizza, don't believe me? Try it out for yourself. It's gotten away from its original roots that made it great. Definitely a hard pass...
