I recently had my child’s 10th birthday party on Saturday, 24 Feb 2024. My child’s birthday party was good, and she and her friends had a lot of fun. However, the customer service was terrible for several reasons, including:

1. They had our long table for the cake cutting against the wrong wall, and delayed our birthday party plans by taking extra time to change the setting of the room.

2. The cutlery and plates included just a plate, spoon, cup and napkin. And, when more were asked for, we were refused. Apple juice was not available on the day of the party when a variety of juices were promised during the negotiations.

3. The manager, Mikhel was rude and not the most pleasant to talk to on the day of our party. Instead of being a problem solver, she was a problem creator. She even refused to give her name when we asked. We found out her name later from one of the staff.

4. The staff had wrong information, especially with regards to the pricing. For example, on Sun 21st Jan, Aya (a staff member) told me the price per adult was $5 (as per the website), but the manager charged me $7, and I ended up paying far more than the agreed price.

5. The staff mentioned that payments (which we agreed would be cash) will only be accepted on the day of the party. But, on the day of the party, I was told that cash is not accepted, and I had to pay the price+tax by card.

6. And the worst part: the manager and staff failed to mention that the tax was not included in the package price. We were told that there are no hidden charges in the package price if you pay by cash. But, we ended up paying an additional amount of money to the confirmed price!

I would give this 0 stars if I could, especially because of the manager. The ignorance of the staff is understandable, but the lack of enthusiasm and manners from the manager is disappointing. Avoid this place, especially if the manager is the...

This place deserves 0 stars. I have been to many indoor playgrounds and have never had any issues, this is the first time ever I was left outraged. Firstly, the place is BEYOND filthy. If you want your child to contract a disease of some kind, this is the perfect environment. There are hairs, little pieces of dirt and garbage scattered all over the floor. The walls are dirty as are almost all the toys, especially the balls in the ball pit. Secondly, if you have a toddler, all the toys are old/broken. The balls in the ball pit are either inflated or almost black with dirt. Lastly, the staff brings their children around who are badly behaved. One of the staff member’s son who was at least 4 was stealing my toddler son’s toy walker (as that’s all he can do there) and throwing a tantrum, saying that it was his from his basement. Then his older sister said that it’s their toy and to give it to him - again, he is a four year old and we paid to use the toys equally not have someone steal it from my child continuously. The boys mother who worked there did not care and kept laughing at this, as her son kept throwing himself on the ground screaming and getting aggressive towards my child. Another child spat on my friends child, and there were big children running into the toddler play area and staff didn’t enforce the signs that indicate that the area was for kids under four only. When I brought the issues (including the uncleanliness) to one of the staff members she laughed as if it were funny. Absolutely shocking! This establishment should be shut down. Do not go here unless you want a bad experience, love germs and poorly behaved...

The Indoor playground is beautiful and very clean! However, the staff is very overbearing. They are friendly but also extremely pushy. They made my family and guests feel very uncomfortable like our every move was being watched. We rented out the entire facility for a private party and the owner charged the children in my party who were only 1-3 months old!!! And then had the audacity to tell me this was policy!! She became frustrated and ended up giving me the refund for each newborn charged but advised me that this would be a one time refund if i ever booked again in the future. We agreed on many of terms over the phone she would "help us out with" prior to booking which she could not remember nor honor at the time of booking. Staff is friendly but very overpriced parties for the service we received. I didn't like that they were cleaning up behind our every move., They gave us no privacy at all! I would definitely send my kids there for general play, but would never book a party...
