Just because the person at the store that overcharged me but said they gave me a "deal" was not white, I was accused of being racist by the end of the phone call. How did they know what colour I was? Why did it have to go to that level? Good or poor customer service is the same no matter your colour, ethnicity or religion. It is severely lacking now and with all the competition out there, you would think it would be better. It's the upside down world we are living in now. I was angrily told I should appreciate the "deal" I was given instead. I should have gone for the free upgrade I was offered by my provider but I was trying to avoid one more phone in our landfill.
