Tremblantalouer — Local services in Mont-Tremblant

We stayed in one of their units for a short vacation. It was clean, easy to locate, parking spaces were available (and we even got an extra one for guests very easily throught one of their employee) and close to a lot of activites. The costumer service was one of the best i've ever seen : accessible, understood what you needed, easy going, polite, fast to act on your demands and very caring in general.

They have a wide range of choices of units to stay in and all seem very good and affordable for their location and space. The Horizon unit was very clean and new with a beautiful view on Lac Tremblant. Parking was right under the units and dedicated to the unit's number we were staying in, so it was easy to locate and access via the elevator. There's even a gym in the building accessible. A couple of hand sanitizers were spread out throughout the entire building for obvious reason (COVID).

The booking was very simple and we had a couple of questions that were all answered by phone through their number on the website

We had an issue with one of the door handles in one of our room so we called the number on their website and the phone answered right away. They came within 2 hours and were in and out within 10 minutes with the handle fixed. Another time, we wanted an additionnal parking space and called again. They picked up the phone right away then too and arranged that for us in 5 minutes.

Overall had a blast in Tremblant (they even provided a free UNLIMITED pass for a gondala ride for everyone staying in the unit (which is around 50$ CAD)) and slept very well (the unit is very well insulated). We will most certainly do it again next year with the...

Absolutely amazing!! Our family of 4 stayed at Altitude 172-5 over the holidays and it was perfect in every way!! Kevin and Suzanne, the property managers went above and beyond for us: they delivered a brand new smart TV within 15 minutes when the cable box broke for the television in our condo great room!! (I’ve never received such service and we travel all over the world.) The views from the condo will take your breath away!! The condo was super clean, well equipped with everything you can imagine and very comfortable for us. The kitchen has every tool you’ll need to whip up breakfast before tackling an outdoor adventure. I loved having a washer & dryer as well - a quick load of laundry after a long day of skiing was essential to our visit. We brought our own detergent but the management team left detergents, soaps, shampoos et… which was really lovely in case we had forgotten. Having access to park our car in a heated garage was essential!! I can’t imagine trying to unload or load our car with all our ski gear and luggage in the cold temperatures. Technically, it’s not really a “ski in, ski out” location because you’ll have to walk with your skis, to the lifts no matter what. However, it’s still close enough where you won’t have to hop on a shuttle or drive at all. The location of the Altitude condos is brilliant: close to everything without having to deal with crowds or noise, especially in the later hours as the pubs are emptying out for the night! Our weekend stay at the Horizon condo was great! Unit is spacious, modern, comfy, well equipped and it offered everything we needed, enough room to accommodate 10 people. We also enjoyed that it is ski-in, ski-out and has sauna and hot tub. It’s nice you can walk to the pedestrian village. Also communication with Alouer was very good. Couple notes - a bit more toilet paper and dishwashing tablets could be provided :-). For toiletries there was a soap and shampoo, no shower gel, conditioner or lotion. We could definitely live without it, but it’s usually provided. Ski locker was a bit inconvenient - small and only with one access card to it, so we had to leave it in the unit and always make an extra trip to the unit to get the card or bring it back. Also when our friends came to visit for the afternoon, they had nowhere to park, 2 parking spots for a condo that can accommodate 10 people is definitely not enough.
