Absolutely the WORST SERVICE!! Extremely disrespectful, highly arrogant and a liar!! Your first visit he pretends to be super nice, once the contract signed he removes his mask and shows his true colours! When asking a reasonable question he looks at you like your dumb for asking this question and answers in a super arrogant way. We went the day before the wedding to put the centrepieces and there were so many things wrong. The decoration was not at all what he showed us the first time we visited. It was super minimal and the colour of the flowers were red instead of pink as we previously agreed on. So they didn’t match our centrepieces as they were obviously pink. He put a sofa for the bride and groom and put a table in the corner which was not even decorated. We have asked for the table to be in the centre and not a sofa!! The cushions were absolutely disgusting, they had horrible yellow stains that looked like they have never been washed before! On top of that a table was completely missing!! We told the worker there that a table was missing so he called him to solve the problem and they eventually added that table. We were telling him about what was wrong in the room when he told us that the wedding is tomorrow and not today and they haven’t finished the decorations. Before we even had a chance to reply he just completely shut us down and said bye and turned his back and started leaving. We were trying to reply he just kept walking and saying bye. I understand him being busy but the minimum he could do is tell us respectfully that he didn’t have time to speak to us and that he would call us in the evening to listen to our concerns!! He literally treats you like a beggar and not a paying customer! And of course on the wedding day everything was the same!! He lied to us and left everything like it was!! I strongly advise anyone who wants to do a wedding to avoid this place...

We had our wedding reception at Buffet Marina and it was just perfect! The service was beyond anything we could have ever hoped for. The team at Marina are ready to jump to help you with anything you need and the service the night of the wedding went perfectly. They were always there, coordinating with our vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. The food was out of this world, I've never had such fantastic food at any wedding!! It's been months since our wedding and our guests still can't get over how delicious and high quality the food was! The food came out hot and on time and the waiters were great. The halls and foyer are beautiful and modern - up to date decor while still being perfectly timeless. We worked with Santo for our flowers and to decorate our hall, and all I can say is WOW!!! We gave him a general idea of what we wanted and let him run with it, and I can tell you we were floored by how beautiful and elegant he made our hall. He understood our style and captured it perfectly, and my bouquets and boutonnieres were so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Santo is a gem and I loved working with him. My fiancé Angelo and I went today to check out this reception hall. We've been going back and forth on which venue we should choose to do our wedding at in summer of 2024. We decided today to go to Buffet Marina to check it out and see what it's all about. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home! Santo, who works alongside the owner Alfie took care of us today from start to finish. He first told us to sit down and relax and make ourselves at home and he prepared us both a café latte which Angelo and I both agreed was amazing! He also gave us a croissant each and made us take our time before meeting Santo in his office. When we headed into his office, he didn't pressure us into picking and choosing things for our menu that would fit our budget. He first asked us our budget for the reception hall and then told us everything that would be included in that price range and we were very happy with everything. Santo was so sweet and we were able to tell that he loves his job! All in all, it was a great day because of this and we confirmed this reception hall for our wedding in Summer 2024 today!!! We are so excited and cannot wait to get married here and to celebrate with everyone we love! Grazie...
