I've been a client here for quite some time...The other night, to my dissappointment, I ordered 2 griot meals by phone and I was told to come right away to pick it up because it would be ready right away. Upon arrival, I was expecting my 2 meals to be ready for pick up just like I was told....to my horror, it was not ready, and people coming to order in store where being served their meals before mine!!! I was patient and let it go... after watching at least 3 to 4 clients walking in, ordering and being served before, I began to be annoyed and frustrated. I asked the lady at counter when will I get my 2 meals I had ordered 30 mins ago... she gave me attitude and went in back to get someone to help her... I thought.... as the lady she had called was preparing my 2 meals, I saw her whisper something in her ear and pointing to the pork that was included in my meal...I found it fishy ... upon arrival at home, we opened our meal box and realized what was the motive of the whisper... we both had a huge chunk of fat measuring 6 inch by 3 inch in size thrown in to what was supposed to be chunks of pork meat!!! I felt betrayed and let down by a place I have been going to for...

I was blown away by the amazing flavors and unique dishes. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with vibrant Haitian artwork adorning the walls.

The menu featured a variety of authentic Haitian dishes, each bursting with bold flavors and spices. I ordered the griot, a traditional Haitian dish made with marinated pork and served with plantains and pikliz, a spicy slaw. It was absolutely delicious and unlike anything I've ever tasted before!

In addition to the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our server was more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions we had about the menu.

In my experience, the food quality has generally been satisfactory. However, on recent occasions, a decline in both food quality and service has been observed. Typically, the wait time is approximately 10 minutes; however, it appears that some employees may not be adhering to established service protocols. For instance, during my last visit, my meal was prepared and ready for payment. Despite this, the employee on duty prioritized serving subsequent customers, resulting in a 20-minute delay and a cooling of my meal.
