Benny&Co. — Restaurant in Montreal

I'm not one to post, but this needs to be put out there for at the very least, a manager of the restaurant or better still, the owner to see. Firstly, I placed an order online for a 6 pm delivery, which was delivered at 6h50. This in itself is unacceptable as the order was placed early afternoon. So there is no excuse. But most importantly, the delivery person NEVER reads the delivery instructions. The order is prepaid, no contact order. I always write "DO NOT RING DOORBELL, NO CONTACT PLEASE. SIMPLY LEAVE BEHIND DOOR. Instead the delivery person rings the doorbell, I open to an unmasked person. Not only is he unmasked, he comes so close to my door, he's practically inside my home when I open the door. This is completely disgusting and disrespectful and UNACCEPTABLE! Please speak with your employees and remind them that there is a pandemic and even without the pandemic, they should respect people's personal space . Totally disgusting!

UPDATE: even after replying to the manager, as was asked of me in their response, 3 days later, I'm still waiting for them to communicate with me. From what in understand, they send you and email asking you to communicate with them, however when we do, there actually isn't a follow-up? More good service? After having been a faithful customer, ordering almost weekly for at least 30 years, this is the thank...

The worst service ever. I made an order, they had my address on file with my phone number. The lady advised me it comming soon. I waited for an hour and no delivery. I had to call they before the let me know they are not delivering to my house. The receptionist told me that a manager would call me, it's been a week and yet no call from that manager at all. What kind of business is this? I will never order from them will go for St-hubert or Scores 1000 times Wooow it's me again those guys really suck bad I was suppose to have a credit transferred to the closest location from my house in Laval and, surprise no credit was added to my account by Vanessa a so called senior or manager. I dared to call and still the service is the worst, no compasion nothing. No thanks for not taking care of a customer. Pls note to the manager Hussein Yehia make sure your workers know what they are doing and give respect to the client. That business is the worst that I have ever seen even Mc donald is better and the customer service is...

Ordered twice from here.

First time it was a chicken poutine and I have to say I was quite underwhelmed with what I ate. Thankfully, the gravy was on the side and the chicken wasn't bad but the fires really didn't cut it for me, they were soggy prior to the gravy being put in it and the gravy itself was quite underwhelming. They felt like the cheap kind you get from a McCain frozen bag. Yuck. One thing is for sure, I'll be skipping their poutine options. There's far better options out there.

The second time I ordered their chicken breast with coleslaw and garden salad (Italian vinaigrette). The chicken was very moist and flavorful and I found it to be better than options found at St-Hubert or Scores. The coleslaw and side salad were very forgettable.

Overall, 3 stars, chicken is decent everything...
