Freshest fruits and vegetables around at a fantastic price. The space is tiny and cramped so if you're claustrophobic, it's best to avoid peak times. The family staff is nice and cheerful. Expect a warm welcome. They also have a great cheese selection, a coffee grinding machine, lots of cold cuts, varied snacks (like samosas and pakoras), many bread choices, fresh baguette every day, a nice choice of dark chocolate in all flavours, affordable exotic fruit (like khakis and cactus pears) when in season, many choices of pasta, spices, nuts and more, and lots of beverages. Today I visited Fruiterie Tsikinis with only one object in mind: to raid their fine and very large selection of wonderful cheeses! I went away with a selection of 8 lovely fromages!!!! Tonight we shall dine upon these cheeses (appropriately warmed to the right temperature) along with fresh baguettes and a wonderful vintage of Chateau Puyfromage 2016...the tasting experience is sure to send our ol factories soaring! All this to say that if you are looking to find a nice cheese or two---go straight to Tsikinis and you will NOT be disappointed in the least!...

My favorite small grocery in the neighbourhood, been going for years even when I moved further away and other ones were closer, I just keep going back there. Fresh produce and products, very reasonable prices, Gorge is very nice. The only thing is the beets and rutabagas are always so old, they're never fresh.
