South Hill Bowling Centre I will have to give it a five star just because what an awesome fun family or group place to go,,, everybody’s talking about fitness what a great way to get fit and have a lot of fun at the same time going bowling and especially globaling with a bunch of friends your family or big group,, they even have adult beverages if you so desire and the people here extremely friendly,, I found it to be very clean very sanitary they even have Purell sanitizer on the tables,, we went with a big band group from SMS after they performed at the big band concerts in Moosejaw Saskatchewan,, we are talking 72 band members and six teachers with them they were able to accommodate all of us with the shoes with a bowling alleys and it was absolutely outstanding,, if you haven’t been bowling for a A while and it’s time to get back in touch with bowling and great exercise with great fun,, share this out to friends that might live in Moose jaw Saskatchewan or might even be visiting this awesome town with great history is a way to take a break and laugh and make great memories such as we get from SMS,, Michael and Cheryl greeted us and looked after all of our students thank you for...

This review is if you are from out of town. Very old bowling alley. The shoes I rented were blown out on the sides. The balls have huge chips in them. It’s 1985 in here ( except for the automatic scoring, which is nice ) pricing was reasonable : I think it’s $8.50 per player, per game. You can get a low end commercial beer here as well, which actually might help the time you spend here. The kid who was behind the till wasn’t rude, but had zero customer service skills. I guess this isn’t a highly coveted job, or he is related to the owners. If you need to kill a couple hrs, this is fine, but I wouldn’t get excited about it, or pick it over another event. The mini golf course was way more fun , if you are looking for something to do, just out of town on the highway. And really, besides paying financially for this, the biggest price will be the pain...

The manager has no idea what customer service actually is. Booked a birthday party for glow bowling with 12 children under 7 years old. Manager had a tournament running until it was finished. Changed the time if out booking without informing us. Had 12 children arrive with zero glow bowling available. When she was asked to turn on the lanes so they could at least bowl she snapped at her worker "Just turn the damn lane on" we will not be returning. The children bowled half a game with glow bowl and it was then time to be picked up. Was charged 140$ for this event. Bags of chips were 4$ each which we bought 5 of just to keep the kids occupied.
