This has to be the worst customer service oriented company I have ever seen. We recently bought a new table. After a few weeks we started seeing white spots that we tried washing based on the recommended technique. Unfortunately they persist. Where the fun part starts is trying to communicate with them. I filled the warranty claim and got an initial email that I answered from there it’s been almost a month and no reply back. I have sent a weekly follow up email and still no answer. My wife and I were sceptical because we were never able to try them out before purchasing but after pulling one out and trying it we both agreed that they are well worth it. They are SO comfortable and you just melt into them. They are the perfect addition to the game room we are building.
