Came here to watch some hockey with my friends, we sat at the bar and figured we’d get the best service considering bar tenders usually….bar tend.
When we finally got served 10 min before the 1st period of the hockey. We ordered drinks and ordered food, I ordered the “Buffalo” sauced wings and my friend ordered the chicken salad.
We weren’t asked for another refill till half way through the 2nd period. Now your probably think “why didn’t you just wave the bartender down and ask?” We would have if she was at the bar. She came nowhere near our side of the bar and didn’t check in on us.
Someone from the back eventually brought our food out and it wasn’t even the food we ordered. I was given the “911” wings. Thankfully I can take a little heat and was so hungry at this point I couldn’t send them back if I wanted too.
when we offered more drinks the bartender didn’t ask if we needed napkins or any utensils. Nothing! Thankfully the customer beside us had extra and offered them too us.
We had 3 drinks in 3 hour span, was willing to spend more but didn’t have the chance.
Final thoughts. This place has lots of potential with its great seating and comfortable chairs at the bar which was very nice. Really liked the charging spots on the bar as it really came in handy. The popcorn is nice to get you started too, the TVs were also damaged with giant green lines going down them. The pouring could have been better too, drinks looked like ice creams
Overall 0 out of 5. Don’t think my friends and I will come back anytime soon.

Was told that there was new ownership and things are better, so when a friend suggested we watch a hockey game there, I agreed. The young lady with red hair who greeted us was amazing and was so kind and welcoming, I had my fingers crossed. 2 things that struck me immediately was the stupid screen configuration. One massive screen which my back was to and a lone screen in the distance (see pics). Who the hell designed this layout??? They need at least 10 more screens. Then the booth we were sitting in was elevated, no idea why, but there was no place to support your feet in front of you, only a recess below your seat🤷🏻♂️. Our waitress was kind but not the best. First, our pitcher of beer took over 20 minutes to reach us and when I asked why so long, she said they were busy!!! No kidding, you’re a sports bar and there is a game on, isn’t that a normal occurrence? Then she failed to tell our wives that their substitution for sweet potato fries over regular fries was a WHOPPING $6, just crazy and when we asked the waitress why she didn’t mention it, she said she usually does but forgot! The wives ordered the chicken wrap and my wife’s wrap looked like it was wrapped by a toddler, completely falling apart. Then my buddy and my burgers were totally cold. Had to send it back. Complete flop. And for over $22 for a burger and fries, it was nowhere near a Baton Rouge burger. The best part was as we were about to leave, a man walks by our table and asks if everything is okay. Read moreTo summarize, simply don't order here and don't go there. I made an order using uber eats for burgers, poutines, and chicken wings to celebrate a birthday at home on a Monday evening. They have a promotion today where you get 2 X 1. I didn't receive the chicken wings, and normally, I'll deal with Uber eats and get the money back.
Since it's a special occasion, I called directly to the restaurant today November 11th at 7:27 pm to know if they have a better solution. Well, the RUDE guy who picked up the phone couldn't give me any solutions that were good for me. One option was to go to pick up the missed food ( driving, gas, etc). The other option was to give me a gift certificate by email. Both options are useless since we just want to eat right now what we choose to eat. I already paid a delivery fee, a delivery tip, etc, to also have to go to pick up something that the restaurant missed. So, I told the guy that he didn't give me any good solutions for me and that I was going to deal this directly with uber eats, but that unfortunately this is a big mistake and I can't give a good review. The guy, and I think he said, he was the manager... proceeded to tell me rude comments to belittle me. Maybe because I'm a woman... rising his voice, losing all the control, making comments like " will you let me talk or this is a monologue?" and since I didn't lose it like him, he also hung up. Even my family listened to the conversation and noted the guy like mad or angry.
