Clip 'n Climb Windsor — Local services in Ontario

I want to give Clip n Climb a 5-star review...our group had the best time in the climbing gym. There's a ton of walls to try, with courses for a variety of skill levels. We had so much fun! However, booking for a group was a huge headache. First, there was the confusion about Central Park Atheletics declaration forms you need to get in the building (even though you give your contact on a form when you are accompanying a minor, you have to fill another form out for yourself but it's not very clear). There is only one person manning the desk at the entrance to check your vaccination and self-declaration info so when you have a group of 20 people trying to get in at once it takes a long time and you may be late to your scheduled climbing time. There is also no clear sign to get into Clip n Climb from the outside (hint: it's not the big door that says 'Clip n Climb'). The online portal for filling out forms is confusing, especially if different adults in your group are signing for different minors. We were not notified to come a half hour before our climbing time to watch a safety video, as we should have been. However, the worker was helpful and great about giving us...

I was so disappointed with this place. I had booked it for my son's birthday. The staff was not friendly at all. The only thing they did was play the video to show the instructions, Then put the harness on for the kids. As for the rest of the time is to each their own. I had to run after all the kids to help them out with the clipping and unclipping of the harness. I look over and the wonderful staff were all gathered in one place chit chatting their time away happily oblivious of their duties. The kids were all under 7 years old and they were expected to be safe on their own trying to clip and unclip? Climb and do their thing with no help in case they need it? For the amount of money I paid, I expect at least to have one person at each climbing station to help the kid or at least assist if they need it. Absolutely disappointing and overpriced for the kind of service we got. I will definitely not book this place for any future birthdays and take my business elsewhere where I have gotten way better treatment and service from the staff. Thank you but...

I brought my daughter and her friends to clip and climb August 29th. I had 4 children with me. There were 3 of them unable to clip or unclip themselves and 1 needing support with the big climbs. Anissa was the best. She realized I was being called left and right. Anissa jumped in and we rotated between the four of them to ensure they weren't waiting. She clipped and unclipped them as she helped other children too. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate her making this experience fun. All four of them loved their visit and are already planning coming back. Without her I would have had them stuck in the harnesses. Thanks again...
