Please note: I would like to only rate the banquet hall service and not the restaurant or food.

I was in contact with their team for about one week to finalise the banquet hall for a special occasion in my family.

The staff there can’t help they always direct us to their owner and the owner is never available on phone rarely he returns to our voice mail. I and my husband went in-person 4 times to hear “owner is not available, come tomorrow morning to discuss about banquet hall and pricing details.”

Over the phone once he spoke to me and mentioned agreed to a different rate and to outside food and additional charges to speakers etc.

But finally when we want to confirm and pay advance he completely changed his version of agreement and denied outside food.

Honestly for some special family occasions we should go with specific food options which wasn’t available in his menu. There is no possibility we can provide any other type of food for the guests.

After all these confusions, discussions it was waste of time. I emotionally got connected to the hall liked it so much and imagined having the function there almost mentioned it to my friends and family finally ended up in bad experience :(

If outside food it not allowed, please please mention it on the first go of discussion itself so we don’t build hopes of having the hall hosted for...

Had a party for 30 people on Saturday night with ample notice for cooks, servers and wait staff. Sorry to say it was a debacle and the food was horrible. They forgot orders and brought out cols food, they messed orders up and ot took almost 1 hour for all orders to be deli ered. Waitstaff was passing out bills and collecting money as friends and family were still eating. Spoke to a manager and she said she had been their since 8 in the morning and she was tired after a 12 hour shift. NO cutlery for people to cut their liver or fish with. Salads being brought out with no dressings. And all and all management never saved face and came out to apologize. I know that when you have larger groups that you can and will expect problems but the management of this establishment dropped the ball on this one. You need to have a good look at your serving staff as they are ruining everything that the cooks...

Having a late afternoon lunch with another couple yesterday when the afternoon shift came in around 3pm we ordered our meals and drinks.. i noticed an eyelash in my glass but did not say anything.. then when i started on my soup i felt a piece of something in my mouth. It was a sharp hard plastic about 1 cm long.. Told the other couple and he said he also found a hair on his dinner plate. I call the waitress over and told her if i could speak to the manager and there was no one available. WOW.. She also didn't apologize nor did she seemed to care whatsoever.. She did take the price of the soup off my cheque big deal... I'm sure if I'd swallowed the sharp object i would have been in big trouble.. Very disappointing, Such an "I don't Care" attitude..
