Great staff, great owner, great icecream. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, certainly my absolute favorite go-to spot as a local. Been visiting this spot for the last couple years and they never disappoint. Their icecream is a very fair price. And they give very fair portions as well. The location of this spot is right by the water. You can choose to sit out in the picnic tables or take a couple meter walk across the street to the beach front. What a perfect spot for an ice cream store. It is right on the Gnacho Trail and across the street from beach at the mouth of the Detroit river.

They have tons of flavours of ice cream, and other frozen treats to keep you cool. During Covid-19 everything is pickup only, but they have that down to a quick process. They is one window to order and another for pickup. The parking can be crazy, so if you don't mind a 5 minute walk there is a large public parking lot about west on Riverside drive about 500 meters.

A Hidden Gem Near Sandpoint Beach!

Stopped by Stop 26 Ice Cream and had an amazing experience! I got the Cookies 'n Cream ice cream-filled cookies — super creamy and packed with flavour. My friend tried the mint flavour and loved it too.

The best part? It’s just a short walk from Sandpoint Beach. We grabbed our ice cream and strolled over to the water to enjoy a beautiful view while we ate. It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends or family on a warm day.
