If I could give zero stars, I would.

We had around 40 posters printed here for our upcoming grad show and had been in communication with the team for several months. They assured us that a week would be more than enough time to print everything.

When we finally received the posters, every single one was damaged and incorrectly printed. We immediately reached out, hoping for a reprint or at least a refund, but they refused to take responsibility.

With our grad show happening in one day we’re now left without usable posters and no time to fix the issue. Absolutely...

Amazing customer service and truly an on demand printing.

Submitted my work at 2am and they had it ready for 9:30am the same day. Made one mistake on my old file and had to submit a new file which they were open to make the change over the phone. The quality of the print was out of my expectation and had me in awe.
