Like the shop and the fact that you can get Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes here. But the info provided is not accurate. Went there 2 weeks back and asked them that in order to order a particular cheesecake how much advance notice is needed, was told 24 hours. Based on that called them up 48 hours in advance and asked about the cheesecake in question and was told it’s not available and will be available next week. They should know that certain types of cheesecakes are higher in demand and pass the information accordingly. Thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed with this misinformation, especially nowadays. My daughter was so looking for it, and now I have to get some old fashioned cake from a tired old bakery. Hence the 2 stars mainly on customer service. I’m a firm believer in supporting businesses that treat people with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t do either. I quickly pulled into their parking spot for 15 seconds because I was lost and tried to renavigate my GPS. Before I could even put my car into park, the owner came out and started screaming at me through the car window telling me I need to leave the parking spot immediately. I told him to give me 5 seconds while I figure out navigation and he continued to verbally harass me, telling me there were cars waiting for that spot. I looked behind my car and there was nobody waiting. Unfortunately, this is nothing new as I have heard several similar reports from different people. Stopped in after I realized I live so close to the store. I love popcorn so i wanted to try a few of their flavours. The butter one was really good and I regretted not buying a bigger bag. I didn't enjoy the dill pickle or salt and vinegar as much as I thought it would. I found them dry and the flavouring not as potent. The jerk flavour is way too spicy (i normally love spicy stuff) for it to be enjoyable. My favorite though was the caramel jerk. It only comes in one small version and is a bit more expensive but I loved the spicy sweet mix. I'd buy a bigger size If they offered it. The woman working was nice but I did notice she offered a sample of something to the woman checking out before me and not to me even though I told her it was my first time in the store and I was buying a lot of...
