The food, the atmosphere the service was very good. But the hostess was not friendly and would not accommodate the 12 of us friends, 5 of us had just arrived from Manitoba and met up with the other 7 from Parksville. We were celebrating one of the gals 60th birthday. The hostess would not push 3 tables together, so we could visit. So we sat at 3 different tables . And then she charged us 18% gratuity. 3 of us tried talking to her and she would not help us or meet us half way. We got penalized as there was over 8 of us. We were never informed of the charge when we entered or sat down. She told us it was on the menu, which none of us seen. Her parting words to 12 guests at this spot was "in one ear and out the other" if we had been able to sit together at the beginning , I would not have complained then or spent time on...

Awesome dinner last night .. they had a great special on almost any appy with a full sized salad (either Cesar or Cypress) for $20-22. The madrass curry meatballs with cypress salad I ordered were delicious, more than enough for a full meal, and the naan bread it came with was great for cleaning up as much curry sauce and the sauteed veg in it as possible, because it was 👌👌

We also Split an order of fried crab cakes (2) with the hubby and they were super tender and tasty. Def recommend. Sorry no photos , too...

I won tonight. The lady with dark hair and weirdo bangs was so rude. The first worker was very nice and professional helping me with my payout. Then she came along and was very rude. She's probably the rudest casino worker I ever met. Next time im not going to give her a tip. The lady dude was giving bad vibes from the first time she came over. She needs to get over herself and be more professional. Her...
