Tim's are well known for their efficient, effective drive thru service. However yesterday's visit brought something quite important, forward. My wife and I, each ordered a cup of coffee. My wife ordered cream with artificial sweeteners and I ordered black. The window server did a good job of describing the coffee's as she handed them to my wife. Cream with sweetener, and a black. On sip of her coffee and my wife said this is real sugar. We know we didn't cause a mix up, as mine was black. I slowly poured out her coffee and there it was, sugar in the bottom of her cup. My wife is diabetic and would not order sugar, ever. Neither cup of coffee was mark, as to the contents. We were accustomed to this business marking the cups with white marker. Not yesterday and we got a very good wakeup to our health and safety being in jeopardy because of someone's complacency, and carelessness. At this point I've not had the time to go a bring this to the attention...

Read moreStopped in for a quick snack after a long drive at 7:23 p.m. I ordered a toasted bagel, but the worker replied, “Ahh, yeah… we close in 7 minutes, so I’m not gonna do any food like that.” Confused, I asked, “How long does it take to toast a bagel?” His only answer was, “Yeah, we close in 7 minutes.” I then asked for a donut—none available. If you can’t toast a simple bagel, why stay open at all? Just close 7 minutes earlier if it is such an inconvenience.
