I'm a little late posting this but I was in Tepperman's back at the beginning of May to get a new air conditioner and had the best experience. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about and had me in and out of the store in no time at all. The customer service was top notch all around. I decided to buy a barbecue while I was there and felt like I was talking to my best friends between Kyle and Gord by time I was done telling them about my situation with why I didn't want the wheels put on my BBQ lol. Those guys are great. I ended up coming back a week or so later because Tepperman's has this great thing where you don't pay an admin fee if you make another purchase within 90 days of your last purchase so I bought a washer. I went to Kyle because he was so good to me, I wanted to give him my comissions but the washer and dryer I wanted were in the outlet so he had to send me on my merry way to Mr. Reg. Now Reg, you my friend are one right on dude. This guy and his buddy Michael had me in stitches. Amazing customer service over here again, I must say. Now, I went in with the intention to buy a washer and dryer. After Kyle sent me over, Gord, from my previous visit remembered that I live in an apartment and realized that I wouldn't have the proper connection to plug the dryer in so Kyle quickly ran to the outlet to make sure I didn't buy the dryer. This just solidified for me that Tepperman's will forever be my go-to Home store! Now I can't forget the Customer Service ladies Kelly and Janice who were absolutely wonderful. You can tell they know what they're doing. Going through paperwork like it's their job lol but seriously I bet they could do it with their eyes closed.

The very helpful lady at customer service waited on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone about what was going on. She was told our part should have been there mid March, and that they would look further into it and that the people on the other end of the line would call us back with further information! STILL NO NEWS!!!!
We purchased a sectional July of 2021! We have had issues with it since day 1. The frame on one end of the sectional was so bent that the recliner wouldnāt openā¦the whole end was replaced very quickly. The second day of having it, the latch on the recliner on the other end brokeā¦had to get a repair guy in to fix. The same recliner also has frame issues and is very crooked and leans to one side! We called not long after receiving it, someone was sent out to inspect it, and said the problem should be fixed with a new piece and he put in an order for it. The part still has not come inā¦over a year now! We get emails once in a while to tell us they are still waiting for the part. We have asked several times for them to just replace the whole end, but it falls on deaf ears. Calling is pointless, no one helps us! Our last conversation with someone was them trying to tell us that now we are into the extended warranty for the couch and have to deal with some other company! Worst customer service we have ever had! Donāt ever buy...

The latest debacle has been over a missing knob on an entertainment center. Purchased and received back in November, request for knob submitted back in November, long grace period allowed for the postal strike. Now mid February and we still do not have a knob. I called them, and they refused to talk to me because I am not an authorized rep on the account. As spouse and person who makes all household decisions, that seems absolutely silly, especially since I am giving information and not asking to receive any. They refused to help me, refused to give me their name, refused to escalate my call to a manager. I was forced to call back yet again and wait, yet again, for a return call. Said knob is supposed to have been ordered. But now, they are calling me for a return call. So I have to wait another hour or so on hold to find out why I donāt have a knob yet. This knob issue is coming on the heels of a couch issue from the same place back in November. I donāt believe weāve ever purchased anything from this place that didnāt have something wrong with it. And now they expect me to pick up the knob at the store even though this is their error. They canāt mail it? First world problems yes, but terrible customer...
