Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery — Restaurant in Sarnia

Met my friend at the London road location last night at 6:30. The girl behind the counter clearly did not want to be at work as she was not very friendly. She never cracked a smile all night. My friend asked what toppings were on the brownie, and after a sigh and a shrug she pulled it out to show us. She then threw the plate on the counter and rung her in without even speaking. I then ordered a hot chocolate to which was also just thrown on the counter. I was not offered whipped cream or cinnamon or anything of the toppings they usually offer. After receiving our order we looked for a table that didn’t have dirty dishes on it. (Which was none). No one offered to clear us a spot. We had to move dirty dishes off a booth by ourselves and no one cleaned a table the entire 2 hours we were there. Our table never even got wiped after we removed the dirty dishes. I have been going to Coffee Culture for many years. I love the environment and I enjoy their soups, sandwiches and wraps as well as salads. This is my go to place when I get together with the girls. This location has deteriorated massively in everything. Ever time I have come to this London Rd location, the floors are filthy, the food is no longer good but mediocre. The tables are always full of dirty dishes that haven’t been cleared off. I won’t mention the bathrooms. This place used to be clean all the time and stocked always with baked goods. I will no longer go to the London Rd location but stick to the one on Lochiel, as it’s always clean and consistent.
