Staff are very efficient and courteous. Each of them from the hostess to our waiter, and the rest of the team were helpful, quick and easy going. The food was very good. I had the wings which are served to market price. A single order is 10 wings. They are large wings, cooked right and sauced correctly. I had two flavours. Garlic Parmesan and Tombstone. The Garlic Parm was zesty and tasty, the Tombstone (their hottest) was a bit of a let down in that it was rather tame. My measure for a hot wing has me reaching for a drink or a napkin to blow my nose. These did not require either. I ordered blue cheese thinking I might need it for the Tombstone flavour, I did not. In total, 20 wings, which had me leaving with 5 for later. A side Caesar salad was tasty, flavourful, and no shortage on dressing, bacon or Parmesan cheese. My wife (dairy and gluten-free) had the Miyagi Bowl. It comes with a side salad and there is enough food for 3 meals in the bowl. She found it to be delicious and filling. No room for dessert. We're just travelling through Sarnia but will be back in town this summer. This will be one of our stops for sure. Well done.

I cannot tell you with any language I know how good the Voodoo Chicken Cordon Bleu thing is. I'd fight someone for it, hands down. Lose? Probably, but I'd try for that prize. I don't know what I thought I'd get when I ordered it, but I was not disappointed. My dad's Norma Jean burger was good too, and he only says anything is "okay". My boyfriend was slightly disappointed by the poached egg on his Benny Boo-Boo burger, as it was small and looked more like an eye stalk. If anyone cares for egg tips, read on, or skip to next paragraph. If you put a tablespoon of white vinegar per 2 cups water into your poaching pot, it helps keep the egg a bit more "together". Also, if you make a gentle whirlpool right before you drop in the egg, it wraps around itself. Our waitress was nice and friendly, and I don't know if she went on break or what have you, but the other waitresses also checked in on us once and a while, which was nice. The atmosphere was really great as well, but the dining area was a little dim.

Good place Food is good Very smiley stuff However When we ordered I specifically said we don't eat pork The manager decided to believe her staff member instead of believing the customer. And she was going to charge us anyway for the plate. She even escalated by saying that I don't think that my staff member is lying to me, which implying that I am lying to her. It was a very simple issue that was made bigger than what it was. She simply wanted to charge me for the plate, although I told her I specifically said no pork. And she called me a liar without tell it to me in my face. She forced us to buy the same plate again without pork . A good practice is for for restaurants like that. Who doesn't really understand culture very well is that they should say by the way, this plate has pork in it maybe and maybe the customer wasn't paying attention Very disappointed

EDIT to the terrible response from the owners. My order was taken around 7:45PM because I messaged my friend directly after having my order taken to let them know I would be a while, knowing it was busy. I left after 8:45PM. I was wearing a blue tie dye Lambton College sweater and was sitting alone on the stage. Check the cameras. I also spoke with Shawnee and your manager who never gave me his name. There was a volleyball team that was supposed to be coming in at 8:45PM and they were moving the tables beside me to get ready for them BEFORE my food came. I most definitely waited an hour for cold food. They put the food back in the oven.

I have waited a few days to write this review, mainly because I wasn't sure if it was something I wanted to get into online. However, the entire experience I had at Twisted Arm on Wednesday, December 14th was beyond deplorable.

I do understand it was incredibly busy, and that it was wing night. With that being said, waiting over an hour between ordering and receiving my food isn't ideal. I was there alone, and ordered a single order of Thai wings, and wonton nachos. While I waited the hour for my food, I watched at least one other table with three people, receive their food before I did. After the hour it took to get my food, I received cold food. At this point, I was pretty upset as I wasn't expecting to wait an hour for food, much less cold food. When I sent the food back, they put the food in the oven, which made the food less than appetizing on top of it still only being warm. The manager ended up giving me the food for free (which had three/four bites taken out of both orders before I threw it out because it was gross) however I received no apology or even sympathy of any kind. I had to ask to speak to the manager because he was hiding from me, and his body language and attitude was absolutely terrible.

I hadn't been to Twisted Arm in a long time (a few years) and this experience made me question ever going...

Twisted Arm is an absolute gem of Sarnia! From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed in a warm atmosphere created by a staff that's not just friendly, but genuinely happy. Their enthusiasm is infectious and sets the tone for an incredible dining experience.

The drink selection is nothing short of creative and genius! Each cocktail is crafted with care and showcases unique flavors that tantalize the taste buds. Whether you’re in the mood for something fruity and refreshing or bold and savory, the girls here have a delightful surprise in store for you.

Despite how incredibly busy Twisted Arm often is, the staff never fail to amaze. They seem to have a sixth sense when it comes to anticipating guests' needs, ensuring that you’re well taken care of before you can even utter a word. Their seamless service has made dining here not just easy, but downright damn enjoyable.

Talk about awesome food…! The creativity and inclusiveness displayed on the menu are top-notch—whether you’re a meat lover, a vegetarian, or have specific dietary requests, there’s something here for everyone. Each dish is not just a meal; it’s an experience that showcases the culinary expertise and thoughtfulness behind every ingredient. All themed from some great rock artists and more..highly recommend some of our come back favs like twisted sisters, gord downie burger and you might as well treat ya self to some jalapeño cheddar soup- it’s a meal in itself to be honest.

If you’re planning a visit (and I highly recommend that you do), don’t forget to make a reservation! It’s no surprise that Twisted Arm is Sarnia’s go-to hot spot any day of the week. Trust me, you’ll want to dine here—you’ll walk away with your taste buds delighted and a smile...

We were truly shocked by what happened during our recent visit. Twisted Arms used to be a place we enjoyed—good music, good drinks, and a welcoming vibe. But last night was a complete letdown.

We walked in, found a table, and my husband went to the bar to order drinks. The staff was rude when he asked about the beer selection, which left him visibly upset. When the staff member approached our table, I asked why she was acting with such attitude—there was no need for hostility. She grabbed our drinks, told us we were cut off, and spilled them while taking them into the back. I followed her, since we had paid for those drinks, and the manager stepped in and offered a refund.

What really saddens us is how different things feel now. Back in our day, working in this industry meant treating customers with a smile, showing respect, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. We don’t understand how younger staff today can get away with treating guests with such attitude. Grabbing our drinks like that wasn’t just rude—it confirmed the disrespect that started at the bar.

The situation escalated around us, but my husband and I stayed calm. We left and decided we won’t be returning. Thankfully, we ended up having a great night elsewhere and spent our evening at a place that still values customer service.

Twisted Arms has lost our trust, and sadly, it’s no longer the place we...
