Market Mall — Local services in Saskatoon

I have given a few reviews on Market mall! Most of which have been exceptional to awesome. But tonight when coming out of Giant Tiger and wanting to get a few things from Fresh.Co. I was met by security and He showed no sincerity in saying that the mall was closed and if I wanted to go shop at Fresh.Co that I would have to walk all the way around the outside of the Mall to get to Fresh.Co. WTBeeeeeep was that all about. And who hired this genius. I shop at Market Mall literally everyday. Whether it be for someone else or my own needs. And I probably cover his paycheck per month as well. It is beyond me that customer service is no longer a concern in the ecosystem. Market Mall ! I am going to offer you a some very sound advice. Hire guards that have some experience with people. Show some kewth or however it is spelled. I am utterly blown away that I had to walk around the outside of Market Mall with 30 lbs of groceries. Take care of this guy. You know who was working Monday evening. This litterally has to stop b4 I go out of my way to get attention!! By having others stand my back! I give you 2 stars because my visit to Giant Tiger was pleasant. Otherwise the Mall guy Blarth gets a zzzzzeeeerrrrooo...

Rude security officer asked me to leave the store because the closing at 7pm. He was insistent trying to rush me I didn't have my winter clothes on yet. It was in the middle of December 2023 dead of winter - 20c outside I'm a handy cap that does't drive. I waited inside the entrance door leading to the mall door the security said I have to wait outside. Yeah the store is clothing and you have to follow rules but this comes to people's safety. Security is only there to ensure the store don't get stuff stolen, not to protect people.

I walked to the part of the mall that's open till 9pm and no one was a jerk at giant tiger. This person that was so insistent to let customers freeze outside could've asked me to go to the open part of the mall instead. I bet if this exact same thing happened to that security staff he wouldn't be okay. That's just heartless and I could imagine if the repo company tolls his vehicle away in the dead of winter and the store locks out on purpose good luck getting home. Freeze your limbs off...

Walter Murray and Holy Cross high schools need to do something about their students in the Mall. It's no wonder a Calgary mall moved to ban students. If you've ever tried shopping when groups of loud, obnoxious teenagers are yelling, running, fighting, swearing, harassing sraff and stealing, you know what I mean. Chaos. It's a shame that some have to ruin it for everyone else. It's ridiculous. And totally unnecessary. I was at Dollarama one noon to buy something, only to run into a horde of yelling teenagers. Apparently, Dollarama gets hit regularly with stealing and destruction. Several women staff were trying to limit how many students could go into the store at one time. I was shocked at the amount of noise. Even more worried about the well being of the staff. It was the worst I have ever experienced. Absolutely unnecessary and...
