This is a cloud kitchen sort of service. Operates from a small restaurant in Market mall. Lovely owners. We went during peak hours on a weekend, had to wait but it was worth it. We had dahi bhalla and kachori with halwai wali aloo sabji in chaat. It came with tangy green and red sweet and sour chutney. Both were very well made and tasted excellent. We also got litti chokha and daal and it was tasty. Our stomach was satisfied and hearts were full! Couldn't order the sweet but will be visiting soon for Malpua and Shahi tukda! Great tasting poutine with savoury gravy and perfectly cooked, golden fries with an outer crispy exterior and a smooth fluffy interior. Cheese wasnt bad but its not curds (though it didnt take away from the experience.). Nice and friendly owners.
