I donât know what the meat is like but I know that the customer service is horrendous! I mixed up the stores and I was trying to explain the situation to the lady on the phone and she was sarcastic, refusing to listen or cooperate. I cancelled my order because I didnât like her attitude. Kind and patient customer service makes the experience of shopping a lot better and if not itâs not worth it. Never going there!
Update: I found my credit card info and I did purchase from this very place and the person who served me was Richard. I have the price of my purchase and a voicemail from them stating that my order was ready for pickup. My purchase was done on August 23, 2021. At time of my purchase the staff WAS amazing but not anymore. When I mentioned Richardâs name, the person who I was speaking to said that he hasnât owned this store in years. Absurd...

On the Event day, the owner/manager upped the price by .50 per sandwich she said - due to an increased cost of bags....I patiently explained the situation 3 or 4 times while she kept talking over me and arguing.
