Went to the store today to purchase paratha and I noticed a whole stack of expired 'Mon Salwa' brand paratha packets being sold along with other non-expired paratha packets. All the expired packets had a best before date of Sep 2021 and yet, they were still stacked in the freezer waiting for some random unsuspecting customer to purchase them. Luckily, I have the habit of checking expiry dates and avoided the expired packets.

I raised this as a complaint to the 2 ladies who were manning the cash register and neither one of them were least bothered to accompany me to the freezer despite me offering them to show were the expired packets were located. This is the level of customer service the store offers and I am never going back there as they seem to be least bothered about the well-being of customers. Try to avoid this store if possible and even if you end up shopping there, always make sure to check the expiry dates of their products as I am sure they have plenty of other expired items which they don't discard from their...

I am a regular customer at this shop for all my Indian grocery needs and meat. The ladies on the counter are really nice and friendly but the man who takes orders for meat is always always rude. I have noticed his bad behaviour many times but decided to give chance but on recent 3 occasions his behaviour was really intolerable. He gets frustrated when asked anything, like he is least interested in answering anything. He refused to add an item to my order saying he has already taken my order and is now working on another order and asked me to come later. He speaks as if we are asking him stuff for free. He should remember that customer is king and can make or break the business. We are paying for it and you are working for us so behave politely and do not try to boss us around. I can’t give even one star because I purchased rotis from them but their supplier is unprofessional and was not a label on the food packets so When I ask them they told me they sell like that and asked me why you ask the label then I said him I wanna see where they makes the food and the nutrition of the food but no any label on packing then In Canada how they sell these like food I don’t know the government inspector what he/she doesn’t do their job properly if I find him/her definitely I will inform to proper authority who handling the about the food products My humble request everyone don’t buy them because they unprofessional if you have any problem when you purchase from their food no one has responsible
