My recent visit on August 5, 2023, to find Mangosteen was a success. As I had trouble locating Mangosteen in other local grocery stores, Gunaam's Supermarket came to the rescue.

My first interaction with a staff member was when I asked for a bag to hold the mangosteen, and they promptly provided one, showcasing their attentiveness to customers' needs. Cashier insane behaviour - 0320 pm approx , 27 June 2024 Thursday Went to cash counter , bought 3 things, said hello to cashier ( late 40s - early 50s ) , 5-7” tall approx , light brown male , wearing one gold ring in hand . Didn’t say hello back though he heard me saying hello , didn’t ask me to tap , just stood there , I looked in the machine and then I tapped myself , literally threw the receipt ( bill ) on the counter very disrespectfully ( in any culture). I went to buy coconut water, and before purchasing, I asked the worker is it sweet. He said, “Yes, 100% sweet.” However, when I tasted it, the coconut water was sour. When I told him, he replied, “How would I know if it’s sweet or not?” As a customer, I was very disappointed because he clearly lied. I refused to pay for it. Then he told me to speak to the owner. The owner was very disrespectful, saying, “We can’t add sugar to coconut water,” and even told me not to come back. I was extremely disappointed with their service.
