The shop is good and has lot of variety and flavors in chocalates. Good prices and offers 4 stars for that.
But the Senior staff here is rude....very rude. If you try to give them some feedback they start arguing and then they don't allow you to speak.
We took offer of 150 chocolates for 55 dollars (2 packs of 150 chocalates each for 110 dollars). We carefully selected flavors and then counted 1 by 1 chocalate and put 150 chocalates in the box. While billing they weighted the chocalates and said you have added more than 150 chocalates. I was just trying to tell them that you should also mention weight with the count of chocalates. The first thing they said was do you want to count the chocalates again. I was surprised with the tone and when I said if you feel it's not 150 chocalates you should count and they are like we weight it.
So I said again then you should put weight with the count so that there isn't any confusion. Both the Senior staff didn't allow me to speak and were just laughing and making fun of me. After some time when they weren't allowing me to speak and were not open to feedback O just told them forget it and let's finish it but they were still on.
After billing, they said take this booklet and said this will give information on chocalates and flavors and then they taunted me that only flavors and not weight information.
Later 1 customer asked that we can take 150 chocalates for 55 dollars and they said yes, so I just said to them that they will weight this much so it's basically weight that matters is what they told us and the staff says what are you trying to tell them. I said the point you told me is what I am telling them.
Then at one section chocalate were priced as per weight and I told them why can't the company write weight on that section too and they said because that section is sold on weight. Then I said if that section is for weight and other section is sold on counts. Why are you weighing them it should just be counts and they started saying here it goes again it's unbelievable.
They don't value customer and are not open for feedback but want to argue.
They should have just said that's how company does the billing and if you have any feedback please provide it to company online or by registering feedback at the store. But no they decided to not respect customer and start debate and argument and not allow customers to speak.

They have great product knowledge and highlighted current store specials and offered a free sample as well. The store is very well merchandised, well stocked and exceptionally clean and organized. The staff really stand out in this Shoppe.
I had some specific questions about cacao chocolate and the team was very helpful in explaining the differences to me. The variety of choices in here is amazing.

And as gift that was not going to work. Brought it back immediately for exchange but employees refused. Bill has no mention of final sale. But they insist they can not exchange even though I just left the door. Quotes me policy and obviously lied about machine can not handle such an exchange request. I just needed items with a more reasonable expiry date. I appreciate the policy, I'm not even asking for money back, and just left the door and walked back already.
