Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I regularly go there (drive through)after visiting my Mom on the way home. I always pick up 2 medium coffees (double cream and double sweetener). Have never been disappointed. UNTIL……. Sunday October 13 around 5:30 As usual, got my 2 medium coffees. Went to the window (used my app) scanned and paid (coffee was ready and in a tray). All of a sudden she stepped away to answer the phone (she could of simply gave me my coffees so I can leave) so now I am waiting for someone to just give me what I paid for. After about 5 minutes another employee came to the window to give me my coffees so I can leave. I asked her why I had to wait, and she said the the Manager was on the phone with her. PRETTY STUPID WHEN CUSTOMERS SHOULD COME FIRST!!!! Anyway, I got home and both my coffee’s were unacceptable. It was dark (not dark roast) tasted watery and obviously didn’t taste as it should. I just threw it...

This Timmies does what it’s supposed to: serve you caffeine before life punches you in the face 😅. But don’t expect lightning-fast service — sometimes you’ll wait long enough to reconsider your whole order... or your life choices ☕⏳.

They’ve got a decent selection, and the food is standard Tim Hortons — not gourmet, but it’ll keep you alive till lunch. The place can get busy, and the drive-thru? That’s a patience test. If you’re running late, this location might not be your best friend.

Staff are friendly-ish, but they move at their own peaceful Scarborough pace. If you're not in a rush and just vibing, you'll be fine. But if you’re hangry, brace yourself.

After waiting 10 mins for 4 customers to place their order, it was just myself and another guy that walks in, she looks at both of us knowing my order requires her to walk to the back for almond milk since I am lactose, so ignores my good morning and starts placeing his order first, most days as well to keep their order speed looking good they put in your order and keep you waiting to pay while they make the order, I come there 20 mins before my shift only to wait 10 mins for a coffee and sometimes a wrap, at any other locations this is a 2 to 3 min wait and I don't get pushed back in line by favorites or agendas... ridiculous, I won't be back their is a McDonald's not even 2 mins...
