Mercator Euro Mini Mart is a GEM we found a few weeks ago while looking for authentic Serbian / European food in North York. They have a fantastic selection of food & goods (ready to-go prepared foods, meat & cheese selections, dry shelf goods (jams, lentils, spices, canned foods), freshly made freezer foods (burek, pita, chevapi, dumplings), desserts, church candles... EVERYTHING!!! This year we decided to have them cater food for our religious day (Slava) during Lent (posna Sarma - Lenten cabbage rolls; posna paprike - Lenten stuffed peppers, and made kolache (Slava bread). Tanja was incredible to deal with, so easy-going and everything was prepared as ordered and tasted delicious!! We had so many compliments. Mnogo hvala!! 🙏

Aug2024: This is an East European market and deli which smokes its own meat and offers prepared, home made meals including: cabbage rolls, goulash, cheese/meat filled bureks, sandwiches and more. I particularly like the goulash with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut on the side. There's often an area near the cash with chocolates and candies on sale. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Verry unhappy with this establishment! I went to by groceries and i even show what i want but when i got home i found in the wrap the end of the piece which looks old and disgusting and I didn't ask for! Will not visit this store again they can keep the expired food for themselves. Disgusting place. Not recommend!

Hello fellow European food lovers, I am a mother of two that was at Mercator Euro mini mart today June 1, 2017, and I want to buy some chocolate for my daughters which cost approximately $3.25, I handed the cashier A crumpled $10, then thought that I might have the amount in change and once I checked I did, by the time I took out the change and tried to hand it to the tall lady with the black hair, she had already put my $10 in the cash when I had to do the change and asked her for my $10 back she abruptly nope raised her voice and said no you only gave me a five and she pulled out a crisp five dollar bill that looked like it came out of a bank machine. My nine-year-old and six-year-old daughter both shrugged and asked me why is that lady lying about the money you gave her??? I am extremely horrified by the way she treated me, I grab that crisp five dollar bill that she was waving at me and confirmed that I would never ever step foot in her store again . Unfortunately that lady ruined that store for me, and I deplore liars and thieves . Thank you for reading about my experience at...

The outside is nice, but the inside looks SO cool with all the meats!!!!

Mmmmm the food was really delicious!!!! I ordered the chicken shush kebab! It came with fries and tomatoes. The fries were perfectly cooked. The tomatoes looked really nice haha and the chicken tasted... like chicken lol. Good quality and not so fatty. It was wrapped in Bacon but that just added to the deliciousness for sure.

Here’s why chicken is good for you: it’s high in protein, good for your heart, organs, eyes, has B vitamins in it. The fries were potatoes so they were a great complex carbohydrate. Added together it was a great post-workout meal. They also gave me tomatoes which were loaded with the antioxidant Lycopene. So I really felt it was a very good mix of food...
