My cousin lives in a one bedroom Unit on 2nd Floor. It is an outstanding Condo and very large unit with a lovely Solarium that you could use as another bedroom, office or dining room.. The Condo fees of $717.00 include everything, hydro, electricity, Heating etc. You have nothing else to pay for, just your phone and your personal TV.
