Flaire Condos — Local services in Toronto

Really poor quality facility, there are always problems, ongoing repairs and inconvenience will be a part of your lifestyle if you choose this place to live in. The builder didn't follow any kind of codes, especially code of ethics! The builder's representative who is supposed to resolve the building's issues is a very unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible person, who easily says big lies to cover the messes that the builder created. The only star that I gave is to the the location not the building. Shops at Donmills area is really fun to live in. Also Flair Condos' management company does not care about the residences safety and comfort. They are not able to fulfill their duties. I do not recommend living in...

Great location to live. Everything that you need is close by including restaurants, fast food, and shopping (clothing, furniture, grocery, pharmacy...). Also, easy access to the DVP is a big plus.
