Had a negative experience with one of the employees at The Source today when trying to return a charger, which I purchased a couple weeks ago along with the warranty. The employee was very sarcastic and inferred that I was trying to return a cord I did not purchase at their store. He held up the cord toward another employee and said he had never seen it before. I insisted that I had purchased the charging cord at the same location a couple weeks ago and had him search for my name (then my mothers name) in the system. After searching their system, the employee walked over to where the cord was located in the store and plunked it on the counter in front of me with no explanation. I have been a customer at the Source for many years and have always had wonderful experiences with the staff. Today was the exception. I haven't been into the Truro location in a while because I've found that in the last year I often feel spoken down to by some of the staff. When I go in with a question the answers feel snide, and when I go in feeling like I know what I'm asking for I get run around and 3rd degree. Today was heaven. When I saw Dallyce working I relaxed. The last time I had good service at that store, and almost every time, it has been from Dallyce. I never feel like I'm being spoken down to. I never feel like an idiot when I leave. And I know that what I've bought is the best thing for my purpose.    Read moreI was a dedicated customer to this store, but after a recent experience I am not anymore. I was looking to buy earbuds for myself and there were some on sale for $50. I asked the salesperson "If I try these out and don't like them can I bring them back?" "He said "Ya, if you don't like them you can bring them back". I tried them out and even though the earbuds sounded good they were very uncomfortable. The next day I tried to bring them back and I wasn't allowed to return them for "sanitary reasons". I understand their policy and was not aware of it until the next day. I was told by the salesman that I could bring them back if I didn't like them.
