I Orded a limited run figure for $120 was met with a wait of at least three months only to have them deposit the money back into my acount I called onece and they said they would have it fixed right away that there were still still some in stock. Then I get an email saying your order has been canceled. After numerous calls there was nothing they could do I'm told. Like what kind of business is that trust me it's cheaper and easier to just get your game items online from some American tec giant and that's saying somthing because the tariffs have really brought them down. The release date had changed in the month since the pre-order and the manager was aware but did not notify via any of the contact information. Manager was rude and said they'd know the date had been changed for a week. Got a full refund on my order and will shop elsewhere in the future. I understand shipping is difficult at the moment but if you're going to collect my email, phone number and other personal information, constantly ask me to sign up for a membership card and email me flyers multiple times a week it would be nice to know the product I had paid for...
