I was on the fence based on the 1star reviews. So here is play by play from 12:30 Labor Day ‘23 brunch. Restaurant was about 75%full 1a. The AC was cooler than it should(as noted in previous reviews) Bring a hoodie. We were 2nd in line, and then asked for a 4 person booth, though there were 2 of us. From door to seat we waited for less than 5 minutes though the booth had to be set. So far - excellent. When we were seated we were let know that the restaurant was short staffed and it may take longer(remember, today is Labor Day) In less that 3 mins a pleasant demeanored Dara arrived to take our order and insisted to brew me a fresh pot of decaf when I asked if they had any. Wife ordered a cap and both arrived hot in ~3 minutes. We placed our order. Food arrived 25:44 minutes after ordering. Considering circumstances (re:#3) that is acceptable to me. But I also never go to sit down bfast for fast food. And with good company time flies. Wife said it seemed long.(so much for me being a good company I guess lol) Food was exactly as ordered. I got Keto as eggwhites scrambled and sausage instead of bacon (asked for 1 got 3). Eggs were just warm, sausages were right temp. But with cold plate and the AC as it is I didn’t expect eggs to be hot. Wife’s order was the Canadian with poached eggs. Eggs came just right, runny inside, set whites and no trace of vinegar(those who know, know 😉) Overall comment from her was “good choice” (for plate choice/restaurant) which she doesn’t give away freely.

We got a $48 food bill, which felt a little on the high side, I was happy with my plate(a whole avocado!) but the Canadian could be priced lower.

Comment to restaurant: Air temp is too cold. It contributes to food being off temp. Also consider warming the plates, small change - big reward.

Will come back but order just 1 plate to share with side of some...

Came here this morning with my granddaughter. Clean and bright surroundings with lots of natural light. Took us awhile to get waited on, but our server was friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly after ordering, My granddaughter had the waffle with seasonal fruit and cream and a vanilla latte. I had 2 eggs and bacon and a caramel cappuccino. The waffle looked delicious and she really enjoyed it. My eggs could have been hotter, but were good. The bacon was perfectly cooked; not greasy at all. The best I’ve had outside of my own kitchen, and four large strips. I was pleasantly surprised to have rye toast as a choice as most places don’t offer it. Very large slices. The only issue was the potatoes, which were nicely seasoned and not greasy, but could have done with a lot less salt. My cappuccino was somewhat bitter, but improved after the first few sips. I was a little taken aback by the cost of over $53.00 for the two of us. But I have to say, the portions were very generous and the quality of the food very good. It’s not something I will be able to do on a regular basis on my income, but it was a nice treat for us. I would recommend Pur and Simple to friends based on our...

The price is high but the quality of the food is very good. The presentation is amazing! The window seats are too hot and there is no blinds to shade. It is winter so I can't imagine how hot it will be in spring and summer if your seated by the windows. I had to ask to be moved as the sun was bothering my kids and I was really hot.

Still I give 5 stars because I hate French toast, it is soggy on the inside because of the egg wash but I actually liked this dish here !! I dont like french toast but it was so crispy, had yummy sauces and was no soggy at all. I can't believe I actually enjoyed it!?

My 4 year old doesn't like orange juice but he drank it all up and he has never did that. It is fresh squeezed and the booth we had let him watch them process it in thier juicer.

It is so cool you can see right into the kitchen!

Thank you for moving us out of the hot seat please get blinds before the summer !

We also got smoothies to go for lunch so it would have been cheeper if we just git breckfast only. We had more tgan enough food to take home with extra breckfast as...

$80 (before tip) for 2 adult breakfasts and 2 kids breakfasts! My eggs were cold and I had to wait for new ones. My $7 Nespresso latte was also cold and half foam (very disappointing). Breakfast re-invented? I suppose it is because it used to be affordable to take your family out for breakfast. If they’re charging $7 for a Nespresso pod that costs $1.50 to buy, I’d hate to see the egregious markups for the rest of the food. Fortunately, service was great.
