Do NOT work with this company. They are unreliable, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.
I hired Simonās to pick up and install a dishwasher from Coast Appliances, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. The initial installation window was confirmed via email as 10 AM to 12 PM, but on the morning of the appointment, I received a last-minute text saying the time had been changed to 1 PM to 3 PM. When I showed them the original email confirmation, they admitted they had āmessed upā the scheduling, but offered no apology or solution.
Things only went downhill from there. The technician arrived at Coast Appliances to pick up the dishwasher, but instead of confirming with the Sales Associate (as he should have), he rudely asked the receptionist for it. After that, he left without picking it up. When I called Simonās to ask where the technician was, the person on the phone outright lied, claiming that Coast Appliances didnāt have my purchased dishwasher. It was clear the technician was frustrated, likely because of their internal scheduling errors, and was rushing to get out of there.
Simonās never completed the job, nor did they offer any honest explanations. I tried following up, but they completely ghosted meārefusing to address the problems they caused. They didnāt care to resolve the situation or even offer a reasonable solution.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of their customers' time and trust. They will waste your time, cause unnecessary stress, and leave you with unresolved issues. I will never be working with Simonās again, and I strongly advise you to stay far away.

They didnt drill and screw in the hood fan screws properly and popped the newly installed backsplash out. My only fix was to regrout and live with their poor work.
They said they would come back and do things properly and said the boss would come too. Week after week passed and no one responded. I called, emailed and texted but they dont care.
They offered to refund the fee, but said it would take 1 month because the accountant was on vacation. After some time they sent me only $150, but the damage costs more. I called and asked to speak to the owner or manager but no contact was made.
If you want someone to damage your home and not be accountable then Simon appliances is your company. If you care about your home pick someone else. Trail should end their contract. If they can't install a hoodfan, why would someone hire them to do plumbing work? The potential damage would be worse.
I've given over a month to remedy the situation but they havent. They clearly dont care about you.
I have all the email and text conversations saying they would take action and they havent.
