Unbelievable...communication was terrible, had to hound constantly for answers, almost all communication was by phone, provided our date, time, and location, he asked for pre-orders, but sent last years pricing, (the only bit of communication through email) and didnt send new pricing until the week before our event...and only after I sent numerous messages...Spoke with him one week before, agreed we would do individual orders from customers, as we had no time to pre-order, said he wanted a breakdown, so provided our breakdown of what would be needed and ordered most, he said great and we always stock 30% extra, Perfect! Thanked him, and said we'll see you next week...then he never showed...said they might have missed it and we didnt confirm...we confirmed when we spoke on the phone, he never mentioned confirming via email as well...We're lucky we had a reliable food supplier, and he saved the day.

I have to say that if you want the most amazing service and great food, then you need Fire Queen for all your events! I was blessed to have them provide a variety of food, beverages, and an ice cream truck for our end of school year event…2 years in a row. The feedback from our staff, students and families was so wonderful. The food is fresh, good quality, served hot, and caters to food restrictions. The entire team came early to set up and have everything ready. They cleaned up perfectly when they were done. They bring the plates, cutlery, condiments, napkins, and tents. We had an incredible experience with Fire Queen Food Truck, which is run by Alen (also behind Ice Queen). The variety of food options they offered was impressive, and every dish was beyond delicious. The portions were generous, and the food was extremely fresh, prepared right on site. They provided full service, including salads, water, and everything we needed, all at a very reasonable price.
