Normally love this place but lately since Gabby has been front facing this place has gone downhill.

Today I called to place an order. Gabby sounded miserable and very short with her answers. I asked why she is so unhappy and she said “well it’s raining so there is nothing to be happy about”

My father went it to pick up our large order and she was snappy and short answered to him as well.

When he came to my house and mentioned that, I immediately called to speak to manager as I would of liked to let the manager know instead of writing this review.

Gabby answered my call. I asked if a manager is “on duty” and she replied “no there is no manager here”. I said ok I will call back. She asked if there was “an issue” and I replied yes and explained how she was rude to me and my father. I told her since there is no manager, I will call back and leave a review online. Now all of a sudden Gabby says “wait let me see if the manager is available now”.

She lied to me about one being there in the first place. When I asked to speak to them she said give me your number and he will call you back.

Well too late. You have lost our business. Poor attitudes as the front facing staff is terrible. Management should really consider having this unprofessional woman as a representative.

Ps. It’s a shame because the food was soooo good! As always. But I won’t support business’ that do not appreciate their customers.

update, I got a call back from the manager who was super kind and told me this is not the first complaint about this staff being rude to customers. He mentioned he would be speaking with her and would love for me to give them another chance...

Appearances Can Be Deceiving

Came across this place while searching for places in eat in the area. The reviews were decent, photos of the food appealing.

Pollo Affumicato

appreciated the fresh pasta dish was served hot pieces of chicken in the dish, hard to say whether it was equal to a complete breast the crema di zucca in terms of flavour leaned mild, I'm not sure I tasted pumpkin the addition of a chilli flake or some sort of heat would have bumped it up a notch; that said, that's entirely personal as I enjoy bold flavours likewise to the grana padano; I wonder if the dish might have been more enjoyable with a parmigiano - reggiano instead

Funghi Pizza

liked the notes from the truffle oil, mushrooms too bready for my liking wish the pizza was served hot rather than warm a different cheese with a little more bite instead of grana padano might have upped the flavour profile

both dishes were definitely big enough to share

Service

food arrived quickly service ended after the food arrived nobody followed up to see if the food was to our liking

Atmosphere

I assumed incorrectly that this was a full service sit down restaurant (maybe I should have read the website more carefully) space is small, has maybe four tables definitely a casual dining experience, had to order food at the counter rather than have it taken by a waiter / server

Overall, this place and food was OK, not great. I don't regret trying the place but likely...

Order this all time food is great but all of a sudden tonight on Friday march 24th 8:00 pm portions were less… smaller containers than normal. Very disappointed in this switch-a-roo pulled on us.

Edit: so Levetto replied and said it guaranteed it’s the same portion. But me and my girlfriend BOTH immediately simultaneously mentioned the less portion size differences. It wasn’t a huge amount less but it WAS less. I seriously doubt two people BOTH noticed the portions were less unless they weren’t. White vs black containers wouldn’t make a difference Lmao. Just to be clear it’s not a price thing I would rather you guys increase the price and keep portion the same. Usually we both have leftovers now we had to combine our portions to make one leftover.

So unless you guys are weighing each portion individually before you send it out. It was A Friday night maybe they were running out but it was less I’m sure of that. I never leave negative review unless I’m absolutely sure. And the lack of accountability from Levetto has frankly...
