Wow! What an interesting couple with one of the coolest Artisan distilleries Ive ever been too. Marks been there and done that in his past life; and in my opinion is now perfecting distillates. He and Lisa have an amazing thing going in Arthur, Ontario that not enough people know about. This no nonsense little distillery is top shelf. I spent quite a bit of time just hanging out with Mark and Lisa talking shop, sci-fi and most of all passion. An unassuming couple that prides themself on perfecting their product line. They're bottle labeling is done in house, without any stiff upper lip seriousness. Unfortunately the lable in this day and age doesnt convey the attention to detail Mark puts into his product. 10-15-30 trail batches perfecting each mix, at times. The ingredient list; though no secret if you ask him, isn't on the label. Soooo many botanicals, real fruits and multi mixed local grains. (Check out their web page in detail. I actually didnt before I stopped there.) All of the ingredients are locally sourced..."The rhubarb is from my back yard". The honey, the lavender all local. The worm wood..two different types of course used in their over the top Absinthe; grown in house. Cucumbers for their gin..."it takes so many we buy out St.Jacobs market". I could go on and on about this lovely couple and their amazing products. Run...run there now and bring...

The store is clean and well decorated. The staff are super friendly. They do individualized bottles with a variety of bottle etchings and labels. They were kind enough to re-label the bottle I purchased, because the person I hope to drink it with would not have appreciated a skull on the bottle. As I was here for the open house so I got to see their back room and the distilling facilities. Was really interesting. Their equipment is named after the 7 dwarves from Sleeping Beauty.

They made hand sanitizer during the early days of COVID when it was in short supply. Thank you for your hard work and for helping us keep safe.

What a sweet find completely by accident. Touring the area, we stopped for a pizza. I spotted this unusually located, cool looking place. I ventured in and I'm happy I did. The most interesting and delicious spirits I have ever tried. Thanks very much for having us. I left with a rosehip and rhubarb gin and a lavender gin.
