Pita Pit — Restaurant in Wellington North

The food was okay other than everything being in the bottom. Service on the other hand was fast but the attitude sucked. Came in June 11th around 2:40pm and the older lady working was really pushy. She wouldn't even wait a second for me to look at the toppings offered, she just kept asking what I wanted even after I said one second please. She gave me 0.2 seconds to decide and was completely rushing me. Keep in mind NO one else was in the store and we just ordered and was repeatedly asking what toppings before I even walked with my stroller over to the topping station. Then right after she finished the pita she left, so I'm assuming her shift was done but that's no reason to get pushy and annoyed with a customer who hadn't even been there for 2 minutes.give me a chance to decide! Yes it was made fast but calm down and let me see what toppings I can have. You don't need to ask 20 times what I want after I just asked you to give me a second. Being pushy and pressuring customers to order fast isn't good service. Makes me never want to come again because I know I'm just going to get pushy aggressive...

I was just trying to get food at 6 pm after a trip with my friends, but the staff made this frighteningly difficult (literally).One of us had to ask for lettuce three times because the female employee gave them 4 individual strands of lettuce. The employees made it seem like every request was a huge demand. Additionally, the faces we were met with looked like they had never seen kindness in their entire lives, they looked dead inside, This is the only review I've ever felt the need to write because I've never felt like such an inconvenience for purchasing something from a company. But to be fair ordering a drink is a huge request so I understand why they did not give it to us. All jokes aside we had to fight over who would ask for the lemonade they forgot because we were so frightened. Absolutely worst pita pit in Canada. Not only is the customer service extremely rude and disrespectful, nor do they follow a safe food handling protocols. Well I was standing there. They were refilling bins that had food in it with brand new product from a separate bin that doesn't follow the first in first out rule in safe food handling. Not to mention they were using their bare hands to fill the product. Not only is this disgusting It is a gross negligent action.

They refused to make the pita the way I asked to be made, The person behind the counter went from handling cash and bottles of pop to making my sandwich. And didn't respond when I asked her to change her gloves. I even provided a tip before my pita was made thinking that maybe that would improve their customer service when I walked in.
