We stayed here before boarding our cruise ship. The air conditioning did not work . I complained I received a fan !! The wifi would not work due to the hotel being full. They moved me on the second night into another room it also has no wifi and no air conditioning. When I booked the hotel, it was advertised they had air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. I consider this false advertising as they did not have either. I feel like I got scammed during my whole vacation from beginning to the end. The only thing that was positive regarding the hotel was, it was close to the cruise boat. I think it’s best to stay In Santiago (tons more to do there) and take an Uber to the cruise boat on the day...

The only thing I would recommend is the breakfast buffet, it has a great variety (although no hot chocolate) and food was good. The room has the basic stuff you need, but without air conditioning was the worst, super hot and the fan I asked for didn't help much. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the building lacks maintenance and management. I would only recommend for a short stay (1-2 days top). Price when you consider the lack of air conditioning is on the high end. Parking is included but you have to call for the elevator to be sent to the parking lot, the elevator are super old and...

We went to the casino with the family when you get there you have to park in the mall and it is very tricky if you don't know how to get to the doors of the casino. The main door of the casino are people that are homeless and asking for money so be careful and when you get inside of the casino you have to pay 3.500 peso per person the inside of the casino es very tint not that many slot machines and tables.
