The customer here is the victim Before I place my order I asked dhgate and the seller to not shifted me via USPS they did it anyway I asked for UPS or FedEx shipping they didn't do it Since August 2021 I have been trying to get my refund and they're only offering a partial refund Since dhgate did not abide by my shipping request the item was sent back dhgate is trying to deduct the incoming shipping cost as well as the return cost the item was shipped back by postal workers before I can find it Have filed complaints with the Federal trade commission the better Business bureau and the consumer protection agency attempting to get it injunction against dhgate sales until all refunds all mediations all resolutions are solved according to customer requests If you want to lose money keep dealing with dhk they force the mediation and they force their resolution in the matter on the customer the customer does not...

ordered $400 worth of merchandise contacted seller no response they are sending empty packages and hair ornaments so usps tracks the package as recieved 4 other packages went to west Virginia and Pittsburg this company bills your card with out sending merchandise Im calling the local News And better businesses bureau where they are located no response to email or contacts they keep telling me to put in a dispute very impossible!!! no links when you contact the company they instruct you to wait for seller to contact you so your grace period for returns expires !!!! Not sure how they get away with this fruad !!! I will be going to my local post office the weight on the package sent was 0pound 0ounces that provides enought to show that it was not a tote bag !!
