Went to Anaheim Disneyland earlier this year in January, and just went to HK Disneyland today. I think the HK It’s a Small World is better for several reasons:

As the name suggests.....it's a small world has different sections which gives you a glimpse of all major continents and countries while you are seated in boat which navigates through different sections over a period of 10-15 mins.
Age appropriate- Appropriate for kids, not so much for adults.
Waiting Time - Waiting time is high given how much the kids love it. Suggest going for it early in the morning before the crowd swells.
Eating joints - Ice creams and popcorns are readily available...
