Starbucks (Hong Kong Disneyland) — Restaurant in Islands District

been there few days in a row , tried ordering the house brew coffee , they tell you need to wait for 20 mins and suggested you to get americano .

i dont see them preparing the house brew everythime i visit them(3 days in a row) , are they trying to upsell me or just didnt bother to prepare the house brew .

the americano was so diluted till it taste more like hot water rinsed with coffee flask .

never ever patronise them again , they are just lucky they got a spot...

So the promotions of Starbucks do not apply in the one inside Disney HK, as per the staff they are special. The only special thing I see is the price range that is more expensive. There are warnings about it the staff just tells you at the time of payment. If this one is special are there others? Maybe they should make a list of all the "special" ones. Overall poor from the company and from the staff...

Visited last month for a quick take-out. As expected, prices are a bit higher since it’s located right on Main Street inside Disneyland. It was quite busy, but the line moved quickly and I didn’t have to wait long. The staff were efficient and very attentive despite the crowd.
