360-degree views, and at least in November, many pretty butterflies flying around the peak.

Some stretches have a lot of fairly steep stairs, but it's definitely manageable if you're used to hiking. I never felt like we were scrambling, and running shoes were enough. Much of the trail is uncovered, so bring sun...

I never felt like we were scrambling, and running shoes were enough. Much of the trail is uncovered, so bring sun protection and water.
