Cherished our childhood memories!! . Yay we visited Disneyland. To reach Disneyland, we took MTR (transport operator). After changing lines, we had to take one more MTR that is from Sunny Bay station to Disneyland Resort. The trains of the line are designed with a Disney theme in mind. Statues of well- known characters like Mickey, Donald Duck, Goofy, etc are included inside the train. Also, there’s a lavish sofa kind of seating with mickey’s face shaped train handles. Before reaching the resort one feels excited looking at these minute details. We were super excited to visit Disneyland as this was one of the reasons to visit Hong Kong. Our excitement level grew more as we reached there. Disneyland has 7 lands to explore- Adventureland, Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point, Toy Story Land, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland and Main Street- USA.

Everything is filled with beauty, excitement and Disney Characters and each land replicates something or the other.

Before we started exploring the land of Disney we took the Guide maps so that we can locate places easily.

Main Street- USA As you enter the world of Disney you will notice the Main Street- USA as the first themed land. The decor replicates small-town America which was years ago. The street is full of shops & bakeries.

Tomorrowland This land is filled with thrilling rides and has Super Heroes theme. If you are truly a Marvel fan, then this is a must-visit place; where you get to click a picture with the Iron Man :-D

Adventureland As the name says it all. Adventureland is full of adventures where you get to explore Tarzan's Treehouse which is built spectacularly & you also go on a Jungle Cruise.

Fantasyland It has a huge castle which is currently closed as the work is in progress. Also, this land has few gentle rides like mad hatter teacups, flying elephant etc. The best attraction is ‘It’s a Small World’. It’s a whimsical boat ride that you sail along the 7 continents. As you glide through you will see small dolls dancing, singing and it's totally a different vibe in all. We enjoyed this ride a lot.

Toy Story Land This land welcomes you with a warm greeting of Woody and his friends. Every corner features toys, alphabets and blocks in the backdrop. This is the most vibrant place in Disneyland as there are a lot of rides to enjoy.

Grizzly Gulch It includes a big grizzly mountain runaway mine cars and some fun activities.

Mystic Point It displays Mystic Manor & Garden of Wonders. We really loved Mystic Manor which is a museum where exotic articrafts come to life right before your eyes. Just climb inside the Electric Carriage and you’ll be magically glided to each and every room. It has 8 galleries overflowing with animated antiques and contains some mildly frightening subject matter. But this is what is more enjoyable.

Apart from this, there are various shows happening in the auditorium and there are beautiful gardens in some of the lands.

As mentioned earlier about Garden of Wonders in the Mystic Point likewise there’s Fairy Tale Forest. This garden is built very creatively that is filled with Disney stories. Initially, we just passed by looking at the statues but later we learned that as you press the button at every point the scenes from some of your favorite princess fairy tales come to life in a magical garden setting that is beautifully crafted in miniature scale.

In the end, we waited to see the rally and the wait was worth it. Every Disney characters bid bye and there are many other dance & light performances. It’s a cheerful atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our day and while bidding bye to this amazing Disneyland we took a bite on ‘Chocolate Mousse Cup’ which was truly luscious & scrumptious.

Lastly, as Walt Disney rightly said: “Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow,...

I had visited the Hong Kong Disney land in the month of Aug 2016. Wonderful experience of childhood even for an adult like me is as exciting as it is from the man who visualised the same. My experience as listed below: 1.Regarding the stay at the resort: every single penny is valued as the amenities provided are really good.Pickup and drop from Disney land is available.Drop to the airport is also reasonably priced.Staff are courteous. The only issued I thought was the pricing of the food anyways can't complain coz of its standard. 2.At Disneyland: The experience gained is simply awesome.Need atleast a couple of days for touring the entire place. There is an app to know the time of wait for each ride. The resort is divided into four sections each themed basis their animated creations. Not to miss the Disney parade during the day and during the evening.I personally enjoyed watching the Disney evening parade and also the laser show is very exquisite and an experience of a sort looking for words to describe huh unable to find though.ok otherwise the rides are good . My personal advice is that avoid taking photos using their photographer as it's not worth the pic taken( my personal opinion) If on a budget tour it's better to stay at a hotel near the airport and commute using the local metro would be advisable. Food is of OK sort. But it's worth a visit ...not only I enjoyed watching my son enjoy instead it was me who got enthralled...

It’s a really subjective opinion but for me. I did really enjoy my day at the Disneyland Hong Kong! Although it was really hot and burning since i have been there from the early morning, still it was really nice to funny.

I went on a Monday to Disneyland and it was crowded but not completely full with people. Therefore, recommendation to go on weekdays.

Had the chance to ride on almost every attraction and even some twice. Loved the mystic manor and the grizzly bear mine.

The jungle river and Tarzan were always crowded and could not try it.

The „journey to Halloween“ was also quite popular but I would not recommend for foreigners who cannot speak Chinese. Because the whole tour was in Chinese. did not have fun at all since I did not understand a single word...

Except of that, every other ride was fine.

I have also seen the Halloween parade. Nothing special but good to have seen it once. The song is quite addictive.

If you have time, I would recommend to stay at the hotel and go to the park twice and split the time so that you can see and ride every attraction. Otherwise, you are really pushed and forced to do everything in only one day which can be quite exhausting.

Food: fish balls, Hot Dogs, squids and a lot of popcorns. They also have restaurants to eat then other food like Schnitzel or pasta. What I liked was the egg waffles with butter cream (55 hkd)

To sum it up: I loved it....

I had a free day before I flew back home, decided to visit here. This park does not open until 10.30am, but I arrived earlier as I decided to buy my ticket on the gate rather than do this by phone. Surprisingly enough it was a very easy and quick process, just had to show my passport. I got on the metro from Hong Kong to Sunny Bay station, crossed the platform to catch the Disneyland train which was only one stop. Seeing that this was a Monday the amount of people waiting for the park to open was massive, bug bear is that nearly everyone is on their phones and then you have to put up with them doing a 101 selfies. (please if you love yourself that much just get a mirror). Anyway the announcement was NOT TO RUN when they opened the gates, BUT WHAT did they all do RUN, no manners at all, push and shoved. Everyone wanted to enter first of all.
