Kezhi/Wu Garden is worth the money. It's 20Y per person. Beautiful grounds and offers the added benefit of providing a break from the crowds at Zhujiaojio Water Town. Consider bringing lunch as there are some places that would be nice for a picnic. It took us about an hour going through. There are not many people there so it is peaceful and you can take your time.
