JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Parking Lot — Local services in Shenzhen

This is the best hotel in Shenzhen's Marriott family. It's definitely better compared to Bao'an. The lobby is classy, and the staff are friendly.

Best of all, the location is great. It is near chegongmiao station, so it has good access to the subway and easy to use taxis.

The golf course is nearby, so the surrounding environment is good and 福田 is right next door. However, the view varies depending on the location of the room.

If you get the East View, you can see the fantastic golf course and Ping An Building. However, the south-facing and west-facing sides are blocked by the building. The north facing is not blocked by buildings, but it is barren.

The food in the restaurant on the second floor is similar to other Shenzhen hotels. The 27th floor lounge has a great view and the food is good. The outdoor pool is in a good location, but the size is disappointing.

I would like to come again if I come to Shenzhen again...

I was lucky that for everyday for one week in February the bell person who was on duty helped me call a taxi by running to the road to flag one down. This was much better than the Wuhan Marriott Hotel security staff who stood outside and did nothing, not even ask you where you were going or say hello.

The best hotel in Shenzhen and maybe even the best hotel in China (under the Bonvoy group). So much so that even though the location is not ideal for my needs - I might just consider going back again to the same hotel just because I like the hotel...

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 6 years however the service has declined. My last visit was a very poor experience from issues at check in, to using the fitness centre and being accused of not being a hotel guest and asked to leave! To make matters worse, the hotel double charged my stay and 4 weeks later, still no refund despite assurances from the hotel it would be processed. They staff are not helpful and are very difficult to communicate with. I would not recommend this hotel and will be staying elsewhere on my next trip to Shenzhen. Very disappointing as the hotel is otherwise fine and...
